Kali Group is a consulting company founded in Lyon in 2021 by four founders: Fabien Triay, Corentin Averseng, Pauline Alexandre, and Shervin Kia. From the very beginning, their vision was clear: to rethink traditional consulting firm models by placing talent freedom at the heart of their approach. At Kali Group, consultants are not constrained—they are free to join the client company directly at the end of their assignment. Kali Group’s mission is to connect the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
As of 2023, Kali Group planned to open three new offices: Lille, Aix-en-Provence, and Strasbourg. Before launching this expansion, however, Kali Group wanted a business solution capable of supporting its growth and improving operational coordination.
