At Boond, company culture is not just a concept.
As pioneers, we chose 100% remote work from our very beginning in 2009, at a time when this model was still rare. More than fifteen years later, we continue to prove that a company can grow and excel thanks to it.
Our culture evolves just like our product: through experimentation, feedback, and the desire to move forward together. We value autonomy without isolation, rigor without rigidity, and above all, the pleasure of working with passionate and caring people.
To create strong connections despite the distance, we’ve invented our own rituals: virtual coffees, sports, yoga, virtual snacks, meditation… always optional, never mandatory. And three times a year, we meet “in real life” for memorable seminars.
Over the years, our humor and creativity have shaped a universe that is uniquely ours: BoondRadio, internal podcasts, an Advent calendar, BoondAwards, BoondFlix… not to mention our anthem and even our own in-house band.
All of this isn’t a bonus.
It’s what brings our team together and drives us to keep creating and going further—together.
