Challenge us

Before each interview, prepare the questions you want to ask and be clear about what you want to validate. Interviews go both ways: you evaluate us just as much as we evaluate you.

1

Tell us about yourself

Share anything relevant: your past experiences, strengths, areas for improvement, and what truly matters to you.Prepare your elevator pitch and be clear about your career goals—it will help us determine whether Boond can support you in achieving them.

2

Prepare for the conversation

A good connection is essential. Check your camera and microphone—it’s basic, but it helps avoid unnecessary stress.Choose a time slot when you’re feeling your best (and yes, it’s perfectly fine to reschedule if you’re unwell—we’re not counting days).

3

Get familiar with the CAR method

To better understand your experience, we may ask behavioral questions.Use the CAR method to prepare your answers by describing the context, actions, and results.
