Boond was founded in 2009 by Tanguy and Anthony Lambert, joined in 2016 by their brother Loïc, with a clear ambition: to simplify the day-to-day operations of ESNs and consulting firms.

- A 100% remote company model, built to attract talent, foster autonomy, and create a sustainable culture of engagement.
And the approach remains unchanged: continuously evolving the platform through close collaboration with our customers, supporting every stage of their growth—from their first projects to international expansion.

Today, Boond is the market leader in France, driven by committed teams, with an annual employee turnover of less than 5%.
