Can you introduce Winside Technology?

Winside Technology is a consulting firm founded in October 2020 by three partners—Thomas Grenier, Vincent Pedron, and myself—all coming from the consulting services industry.

The health crisis brought us even closer together and led us to launch our own company, built around a project that truly reflects who we are.

From the very beginning, we wanted Winside Technology to embody a “win-win” consulting firm mindset, where both consultants and clients engage in a genuine, balanced partnership.

Today, we are experiencing strong growth, with:

  • 140 employees
  • €12M in revenue in 2022
  • A target of €18M by the end of 2023

As a multi-specialist consulting firm, we work with major CAC 40 players and other well-known clients such as BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Canal Plus, Le Parisien, and SoLocal, among others.

Our growth has been steady since launch. We started fully remote with my co-founders, then opened our first offices in Paris. As hiring accelerated, we quickly outgrew them and recently moved into larger, modern offices.

We are a young, dynamic team with an average age of 32, ready to build this exciting human and professional journey together.

Why did you choose to use BoondManager?

We wanted to equip ourselves from day one.

We are fully satisfied with BoondManager. Having access to the public product roadmap and being able to submit feature suggestions is a real plus.

BoondManager helps bring all departments together—HR, administration, and sales teams—by centralizing data in a single place. This naturally strengthens collaboration across teams.

We also highly value:

  • Advanced configuration options, allowing us to tailor the platform easily
  • Strong security controls, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and fine-grained user permissions
  • Integrations with LinkedIn, Gmail, and Microsoft tools

BoondManager also makes remote work seamless: we can connect from anywhere thanks to the mobile app and track activity in real time.
