Who is Kury Ingénierie?

Kury Ingénierie is an engineering consulting firm founded in 2000.
We operate in studies, expertise, and project delivery (fixed-price projects or technical assistance) within the highly demanding nuclear sector, focusing on system design and safety.

We are based in Paris, Marseille, Lyon, the UK, and China, representing around 100 employees.

Why did you choose BoondManager?

Until 2011, we didn’t use any dedicated management software and relied mainly on Excel files.
From 2011 onwards, we used an initial solution that gradually became obsolete.

In 2021, we decided to change tools. That’s when we discovered and adopted BoondManager, following a strong recommendation from a fellow company director.

We tested Boond as part of a benchmark, found the product very compelling, and officially migrated to BoondManager on January 1st, 2022.
Since then, BoondManager has helped us optimize our processes on a daily basis.

How did onboarding go?

We initially focused on the business side, particularly timesheets and invoicing.

Today, Boond is deployed across our French offices, and our goal is to extend it to our UK office this year, as the solution is bilingual.

What was the level of adoption among Kury Ingénierie teams?

Employees are very satisfied with BoondManager.
The tool is quick and intuitive to use.

From a management perspective, we’re also very satisfied—not only with the product itself, but also with the support provided by the Boond teams.

Our next focus will be to refine role and permission management to support the company’s evolution, particularly as we strengthen proximity management and further professionalize central functions such as HR.

How do you use Boond’s resources and content?

The webinars are very well designed and comprehensive—practical and operational.
We would even welcome shorter, more thematic formats, such as role-based tutorials.

Making the YouTube channel more easily accessible directly from the tool could also be a valuable improvement.

Having access to all these resources—articles, videos, tutorials, templates, interactive guidance, AI features—is extremely practical and available at any time.
The fact that these resources are also available in English will be a real asset for our UK rollout.

What are your favorite features at Kury Ingénierie?

  • Caller ID recognition from the CRM on mobile is very convenient
  • I manage leave requests directly from the mobile app
  • I closely follow the bi-monthly product updates (we’ve suggested improvements that are not yet available)
  • We recently tested forms to survey employees on tool selection
  • Candidate import from LinkedIn, which is truly excellent

Have you seen productivity gains?

Yes, we’ve already seen time savings, and we believe there’s still room to further optimize our processes and performance.

We are aiming for strong growth over the next five years.
We’re currently in a phase where the processes, tools, and dashboards we’ve implemented should help us reach our objectives.

We’re confident that BoondManager will support our growth.
Anything that helps us—such as automation or downloadable templates—makes a real difference in our day-to-day operations.
