
Sight is a consulting firm that supports its clients’ growth strategies in the fields of digital transformation and information systems.
We both previously worked for a large consulting firm for six years before deciding to launch our own company, which was founded in January 2023.
Our ambition is to build a conscious company model. At the heart of our project is the desire to bring meaning to our work, our management style, our relationships with stakeholders, and our impact on the world around us. Our entrepreneurial approach is inspired by the work of Fred Kofman (former VP at LinkedIn and Google), who was already addressing these topics over 15 years ago.
Our goal is to create value without compromising our values.

Beyond growth and financial results, we believe companies can and should have a positive impact on their ecosystem and on society as a whole. At our scale, it may be a small step, but we focus on concrete actions that give meaning to our daily work.
In our first year, we will exceed €1 million in revenue. We are fortunate to work with major clients such as Decathlon, Betclic, Enedis, Société Générale, Crédit Agricole, BPCE, and others. We are truly delighted with this strong launch.
When we launched Sight, we knew it was essential to equip ourselves with an ERP as early as possible. We wanted to do things properly and avoid starting with Excel spreadsheets.
BoondManager was our very first strategic choice.

Since we started using BoondManager, many new features have already been released, and we really appreciate the bi-monthly product updates.
One of the most impressive features is the LinkedIn connector, which allows us to easily import candidates, contacts, and companies.
On the invoicing side, the process is extremely smooth and very pleasant to use on a daily basis.
For recruitment, we particularly like the Kanban view for candidates.
Our next objective is to be even more rigorous in how we manage data and candidate positioning in BoondManager, in order to produce more accurate reports by year-end.
