Can you introduce PIT?

PIT (Progress IT) is a young consulting firm based in Lille, bringing together experienced professionals and junior talents who share strong common values: knowledge sharing and a strong sense of service.

Founded in 2015 and located in the heart of the city—facing one of Lille’s most beautiful parks (Jean-Baptiste Lebas)—PIT supports its clients on consulting, delivery, and project management assignments related to digital and organizational transformation.

Why did you choose to use BoondManager at PIT?

We were looking to streamline our internal tools, save time in our processes, and industrialize our operations.

BoondManager is an ERP that covers a large part of our needs and is specifically designed for consulting firms, which made it a very natural choice for us.

What do you value most about BoondManager?

We initially adopted BoondManager for time tracking and invoicing.

What we particularly appreciate is:

  • The automation and interconnection between modules
  • Very smooth navigation, making the tool highly ergonomic
  • Extensive customization possibilities for workflows and documents

Today, we are even experimenting with building our own apps to go further and tailor the platform to our specific needs.

How was your onboarding experience?

We were supported by Cyril, a trainer who is both extremely approachable and deeply knowledgeable about the product.

One year later, we even scheduled an additional session to dive deeper into the Purchasing module, which shows how easy it is to continue building skills over time.

Compared to your previous tools, have you seen productivity gains?

Absolutely. Boond saves us a tremendous amount of time, especially on:

  • Invoicing
  • Time & expense management
  • Resource tracking
  • Payroll preparation
  • Candidate management

Centralizing and rationalizing our tools has significantly reduced the administrative burden.
No more juggling multiple Excel files to keep everything in sync!

How would you describe your relationship with the Boond teams?

We are genuinely delighted with our interactions with the Boonders.

  • Sabrina first gave us a great overview of the solution, after carefully listening to our day-to-day needs.
  • Cyril then guided us step by step during discovery and implementation, always available for quick questions.
  • Finally, Paola helped us during the setup of a new Manager account.

The human aspect is extremely important to me in my company.
