Our teams (“Les Libelliens”) were recognized as Great Place To Work in 2016 and 2018, and ranked 3rd in France and Europe in 2021. We are also the 99th French company to receive B Corp certification, reflecting our strong CSR commitment.
Today, we have 600 employees, and we’re on track to reach 1,000. Our growth is accelerating, with 300 open positions across France. Employee referrals (our 3rd largest recruitment source) and network recommendations are among our strongest hiring levers—an interesting indicator. 🙂

For me, BoondManager is an extension of my brain.
I manage between 4,000 and 5,000 candidates in Boond. If tomorrow I’m unavailable and someone needs to take over, everything is there: history, context, decisions, next steps. Nothing is lost. My colleagues can instantly understand where things stand and what to do next.
