Who is KALI GROUP?

KALI GROUP is an engineering consulting firm.
We recruit engineers and executives from the industrial sector and assign them to client projects with regional industrial companies.

What makes us unique is that we allow our clients to hire our consultants at the end of their assignment. This represents a strong added value on the market and is quite innovative in the consulting world. It restores freedom and transparency in working relationships—both with our consultants and our industrial clients.

We launched the business two years ago. During the first year, we worked in a very hands-on, artisanal way. After that initial phase, we decided to professionalize and automate as much as possible, so we could focus on high value-added tasks.

Why Boond?

BoondManager brought together all the tools we needed to manage:

  • Sales relationships
  • Candidates and recruitment
  • Invoicing and accounting
  • Dashboards and reporting

All of these are essential for steering our activity effectively.
Quite simply, it changed our day-to-day life.

Growth powered Boond

We started the business two years ago with four co-founders.
Today, we are over 150 people across the group.

Last year, we opened three new offices. Creating and managing these new entities in BoondManager was incredibly easy. Everything is centralized, which is precisely what enables us to sustain this exponential growth.

A strong community spirit

It’s also a real pleasure to finally meet in person the people we’ve interacted with so often via video calls—to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and see how everyone collaborates together.
