Can you introduce Apollo Coding Life?

Apollo Coding Life is a software consulting firm founded in 2004. We support CIOs, mid-sized companies (ETIs), and large enterprises in their IT transformation and information systems evolution.

We are pure players in web, desktop, and mobile application development, with three offices in Lyon, Grenoble, and Paris.

Our team is made up of over 110 engineers, specializing in:

We work primarily with the IT departments of mid-sized companies and large organizations.

Apollo Coding Life is experiencing strong growth.
For 2022, we projected 30% growth, reaching €9 million in revenue. We also strive to be a great place to work, having received the Great Place to Work® certification three times.

Why did you choose BoondManager?

Initially, we developed an in-house ERP, but we quickly realized how difficult it was to maintain and scale it. As our business grew and the volume of operations increased, this limitation became impossible to ignore.

We therefore conducted a market study, evaluating the solutions of five different vendors, including BoondManager. After quickly eliminating tools that did not meet our functional requirements or ergonomic expectations, only two ERPs remained.

What ultimately made the difference was the human support and quality of the teams:

  • Gauthier took the time to walk us through all the key aspects of our organization during several tailored demos
  • Mathias was extremely pedagogical in helping us build skills and autonomy

Today, we have absolutely no regrets: BoondManager has achieved 100% adoption across all our departments — Sales, HR, Administration, and Management.

Which features do you value the most?

We particularly appreciate the invoicing features, which combine speed, reliability, and profitability.

We also make extensive use of the capacity planning module, which is both visual and very intuitive.

In addition, having access to numerous online resources, guides, and tutorials makes onboarding and day-to-day usage much easier.

The terminology and workflows are perfectly aligned with our business:
Boond speaks our language, and that makes a real difference.

Have you noticed productivity gains?

It’s still early to quantify everything, but one thing is certain: we’ve gained significant technical stability.

Thanks to efficient and reliable reporting tools, we now have a much clearer and more fluid view of our budgets and revenue forecasts.

Invoicing is a major time saver. It’s directly linked to actual activity, all data is centralized, and the risk of errors is virtually eliminated.

What stands out the most is that 100% of our teams have fully adopted BoondManager.
There has been no resistance to change whatsoever, and no one misses the previous tool.

With the mobile app, consultants can easily submit their timesheets and expenses. Automated reminders further simplify everyone’s day-to-day work.

How was your onboarding experience?

The onboarding process went extremely well, thanks to the high availability and responsiveness of the teams.

It’s a real pleasure to work with a tool that continuously evolves to reflect market trends, such as the growing importance of remote work.
