Can you introduce your company?

AdExcel Consulting is a consulting firm with more than 20 years of presence on the French Riviera and in Monaco. Today, around 50 clients across France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Monaco place their trust in us.

AdExcel Consulting is part of the AdExcel Group, our entity specialized in application engineering. This organization enables us to deliver IT development and integration projects across a wide range of technological challenges.

On the consulting side, we are a team of around 40 consultants. We provide various types of services, including:

  • Technical assistance
  • Fixed-price projects
  • Support
  • Consulting
  • Software license sales

This year alone, we recruited 16 new employees, achieving close to 40% revenue growth.

The name AdExcel comes from Latin and means “Moving toward excellence.” Our objectives are clear and fully embraced:

  • Satisfy our clients through the richness and quality of our solutions and services
  • Support our teams by offering strong working conditions and genuine consideration

Why did you choose to use BoondManager?

Our initial need was to find a tool capable of bringing recruitment and business together:

  • A CV database for recruitment
  • A CRM for sales and business management

Our goal was to centralize these two worlds in a single platform.

To address this, we evaluated several solutions—Salesforce, Cegid Talent, and Monday, among others. Each time, we realized that one or more key features were missing:
CV parsing, LinkedIn integration, data collection, and so on.

That’s when we discovered BoondManager, which fully met all our requirements.

As a mid-sized consulting firm, we immediately recognized all the essential building blocks needed to run a company like ours:

  • Recruitment & Resources for our HR teams, managed by Anaïs Van Cauter
  • CRM & Opportunities for our sales teams
  • Billing, Activity & Expenses for executive-level management

All these components are deeply interconnected in our business, especially through the candidate positioning process—and BoondManager handles this seamlessly.

What are your favorite features?

We make extensive use of the LinkedIn parsing widget for sourcing and recruitment.

In January, we started from scratch. Today, we have more than 450 candidates in BoondManager.

David Geas, Director of our Monaco entity, also uses BoondManager extensively. The platform is particularly well suited for managing multiple offices and entities, which is a real advantage for us.

Have you seen productivity gains?

BoondManager arrived exactly when we needed it most.

We implemented the solution in January 2022, right as we entered a strong growth phase with the arrival of many new employees. We absolutely needed a tool capable of supporting this scale-up.

And honestly—yes, it’s directly connected:
our growth is linked to BoondManager.

We even recently upgraded our subscription, which is a concrete reflection of that growth.

How is your relationship with the Boond team?

We are supported by Sabrina and Deborah, and everything has been going extremely well. The relationship is smooth, professional, and efficient.

How was your onboarding experience?

The training sessions were extremely helpful in getting full ownership of the tool. They helped align and bring together all teams, which is critical during the early stages of deployment.
