Easily add a bank and its accounts to BoondManager

Thanks to our partner Powens, you can now:

• Select the bank to connect to BoondManager
• Enter your secure login credentials
• Choose the bank accounts you want to use for transaction reconciliation

Once completed, your accounts are added to the Bank module, accessible from the side menu.

Search for transactions to reconcile

In the Bank module, you will find all incoming transactions retrieved from your synchronized bank accounts.
Using the search filters, you can select:

• One or more legal entities
• One or more bank accounts
• Transaction status (To reconcile, Partially reconciled, Validated without reconciliation, Reconciled)
• Transaction date range

As with all our search views, you can easily save your search by clicking “Free search” on the right-hand side of the filters.

Match transactions with invoices

Once the list of transactions to process is displayed, simply click the reconciliation icon for the selected transaction.
Our workflow will guide you to the Invoicing module, where you can choose one or several invoices to associate with the transaction.
