The recipients of the data are our HR team, our Management and our possible subcontractors – supervised if necessary – (for example if we use a third party to make you pass technical tests in complete impartiality). As a Candidate, your data is kept for up to 2 years from the last contact from you, unless you have given us your consent for longer storage (for example to remain in our CV bank).

You have placed your trust in us and are one of our happy Customers? You did the right thing! When you work with us and our tools, we essentially process these categories of data about you:
The recipients of the data are our technical and commercial teams and our possible subcontractors – supervised if necessary – (for example when we provide you with assistance through our ticketing tool). As a Client, your data is kept for the duration of our contractual relationship, increased by 5 years for commercial prospecting purposes and 5 years for the purposes of proof (legal limitation period). Have you expressed an interest in our products and services? We hope to count you soon among our Clients! When we exchange with a view to a future collaboration, we essentially process these categories of data concerning you:
The recipients of the data are our teams and commercial and our possible subcontractors – supervised if necessary – (for example if we organize a remote demonstration with a videoconferencing tool transiting the video data outside Europe). As a Prospect, your data is kept for up to 5 years from the last contact from you, unless you object in advance to our commercial prospecting actions (see D. Our commercial solicitation practices).
IV. Visitors
Since we do not yet have the pleasure of knowing you, we do not process any data concerning you with the exception of Cookies (cf. F. Do we use cookies and other tracers?).
D. Our commercial solicitation practices
Under no circumstances do we use the data of our Candidates for commercial prospecting purposes. With regard to our Clients and Prospects, we strictly comply with the regulations in force whatever the channel (postal mail, e-mail, SMS/MMS, automated call system, etc.). Moreover, when you have given us your trust and your agreement for the transmission of relevant information on our products and services, in line with your needs, you retain the ability to reconsider your decision at any time. Otherwise, your data is kept for up to 3 years from the last contact from you.

G. Where do we store your personal data?
The data processed by BoondManager is hosted in Europe. If BoondManager were to transfer part of your data outside the country of initial collection, or even to countries that are not members of the European Economic Area whose legislation on the protection of personal data differs from that of the European Union, BoondManager would ensure, before transferring your data, that the entities outside the European Union and the conditions of the transfer offer an adequate level of protection in accordance with the European regulations in force (self-regulatory mechanisms such as the Privacy Shield, standard contractual clauses, CNIL authorisations, etc.).
