When you use BoondManager’s products, services and websites, you entrust us with your personal data. This data protection and privacy policy is designed to tell you why and how we collect and process your data.

This Privacy Policy applies to all data collected and processed by BoondManager through our interactions with you across all our products, services and websites. Our commitments and transparency are consistent and therefore valid regardless of how the data is collected or processed. Our policy sets forth, but is not limited to, BoondManager’s main privacy principles and guidelines. BoondManager undertakes to comply with all applicable regulatory obligations, in particular the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

C. What data do we collect and how do we use it?

All data processed by BoondManager complies with the regulatory requirements regarding compliance with the purposes, storage periods, recipients and security of the data. BoondManager specifically informs you about the processing of your data before it is carried out, for example by means of legal clauses inserted in our tools and websites. Nevertheless, you will find below some general information on our data processing.

Would you like to join our team? You are quite right! When you send us your application or when we contact you, we essentially process these categories of data about you

The recipients of the data are our HR team, our Management and our possible subcontractors – supervised if necessary – (for example if we use a third party to make you pass technical tests in all impartiality). As a Candidate your data will be kept for up to 2 years from the last contact from you, unless you have given us your consent for a longer retention (e.g. to remain in our CV bank).

II. Clients

You have placed your trust in us and are one of our happy customers? You have done well! When you work with us and our tools, we primarily process these categories of data about you:

The recipients of the data are our technical and commercial teams and our possible subcontractors – supervised if necessary – (for example when we assist you through our ticketing tool). As a Customer, your data is kept for the duration of our contractual relationship plus 5 years for commercial prospecting purposes and 5 years for proof purposes (legal limitation period). For more information, please refer to the appendices “data protection / GDPR” of our service contract.

Have you expressed an interest in our products and services? We hope to count you among our Customers soon! When we exchange information for future collaboration, we primarily process these categories of data about you:

The recipients of the data are our sales teams and our possible subcontractors – supervised if necessary – (for example if we organize a remote demonstration with a video-conferencing tool making the video data transit outside Europe). As a Prospect, your data is kept for up to 5 years from the last contact from you, unless you object in advance to our commercial prospecting actions (see D. Our commercial canvassing practices).

IV. Visitors

Since we do not yet have the pleasure of knowing you, we do not process any data about you except for cookies (see F. Do we use cookies and other trackers?).

D. Our prospection practices

Under no circumstances do we use our Candidates’ data for commercial prospecting purposes. With regard to our Customers and Prospects, we strictly respect the regulations in force whatever the channel (postal mail, electronic mail, SMS/MMS, automatic call machine, etc.). Furthermore, once you have given us your trust and consent to the transmission of relevant information on our products and services, in line with your needs, you retain the ability to reverse your decision at any time. Otherwise your data will be kept for up to 3 years from the last contact from you.

Except for the limited transfer of data discussed below (see G. Where do we host your personal data?) and cookies (see F. Do we use cookies and other tracking devices?), BoondManager does not sell or share any personal data about you.

“Cookies” refers to a set of information deposited in the user’s terminal when browsing a website. It is a file containing an identifier in the form of a number, the name of the server that filed it and possibly an expiration date. G. Where do we host your personal data?

The data processed by BoondManager is hosted in Europe. If BoondManager were to transfer part of your data outside the country of initial collection, or even to countries outside the European Economic Area whose legislation on the protection of personal data differs from that of the European Union, BoondManager would ensure, before transferring your data, that the entities outside the European Union and the conditions of the transfer offer an adequate level of protection in accordance with the European regulations in force (self-regulatory mechanisms such as the Privacy Shield, standard contractual clauses, CNIL authorizations, etc. ).

You have a right of access, rectification, opposition on legitimate grounds, portability, limitation and deletion in relation to all data concerning you under the conditions set out in the “RGPD” Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. Finally, you have the right to object, free of charge, to your data being processed by BoondManager for the purpose of commercial prospecting (for the record, if you are a Candidate, we do not process your data for this purpose).
